My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were huge, providing lots of space for the little ones to run around. The location is perfect, as it is recently opened downtown and close to all the main sites. The service was exceptional, very helpful in every possible way to our requirements, and accommodating an early check-in request. The dining experience was great, offering a good variety for all nutritional needs. Overall, a fantastic choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel offers rooms that are a bit outdated overall but still comfortable, with a king-size bed and ample storage providing a cozy stay. The service was efficient but lacked warmth in interactions. However, the location is ideal for exploring the city's attractions and enjoying complimentary breakfast. The dining experience, while decent, could use a wider selection. The facilities are average but functional, catering to basic needs.
I was eager to have two rooms together for my large family, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, but once settled, the rooms were large and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette. The hotel struggled a bit to supply enough food for all guests promptly. The bed was very cozy and the space in the room, including the small kitchenette, was fantastic.
